Flem Salmons 74 of Kermit, WV; went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at the Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. He was born on December 8, 1946 in Mingo County, WV; he was a son of the late Benny and Virgie Marcum Salmons.

He was a member of the Lighthouse Community Church and was a coal miner for 30 plus years.

Visitation will be after 5pm on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Lighthouse Community Church with special services being conducted at 7pm with funeral services being conducted on Wednesday, June 22, 2021 at 1:00pm at the Lighthouse Community Church with Keith Brumfield and Bobby Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the Perry Point Cemetery of Jennies Creek, WV.
