Franklin David Horn (Frank) age 74 of Warfield, KY, went home to meet his Heavenly Father and Loving Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Martin County Health Care Facility of Inez, KY. He was born on May 12, 1947 in Williamson, WV to the late Luther and Philista Mae Perry Horn.

Frank was devoted to his family and to his God, having preached the gospel for many, many, years. He was a member of Mt. Gay Freewill Baptist Church in Mt. Gay, WV.
He was also a very proud Veteran, having served his country for 20 years in the United States Navy and has been a dedicated member of the disabled American Veterans Post #141 of Belfry, KY.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Mullins Family Funeral Home with funeral services being conducted on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 1:00pm with Layton Lockhart and John Horn officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the DAV Chapter 141 of Belfry, KY. Burial will follow in the Warfield Cemetery of Warfield, KY.
