Ruby (Small) Mills, 98, of Tomahawk, widow of Arbie Mills (2009) entered this life June 18, 1923, in Martin County, KY, the fifth of eight children born to the late Boy and Maudie (Hale) Small.

Visitation will be held at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez, KY, Saturday, June 26th, 2021, with visitation beginning at 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Sunday, June 27th from 12:00 Noon until 9:00 PM with special services at 7:00 PM with Elders Eddie Hatfield and Brent Haney. Funeral Services will be held Monday in the Chapel of Callaham Funeral home at 11:00 AM, with Elders Claude Mollett, Walker Fields, Gene May, Eddie Hatfield, and Brent Haney. Burial will follow in the Boyd-Mills Cemetery, Rockhouse Rd, Tomahawk, KY.
