Isabell “Pretty Belle” Scott, age 93 of Garrett, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2021 at her residence. She was born July 23, 1927 in Lawrence County, Kentucky to the late Samson & Willie Peterman Fugate.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, July 1, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 2, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Larry Patton, Bethel Bolen & others officiating

Burial will follow at Scott Family Cemetery, (Stone Coal) Garrett, Kentucky
