She was born in Boulder, Colorado on January 19, 1951 to Donald Snider and Elsie Coburn.

Funeral services for Scarlett Cheryl Bixler will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at Little Jink Ritchie Cemetery at Talcum, KY. Friends may call for visitation at the Chapel Wednesday evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.
