Garland Bailey age 81 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at his home. He was born November 18, 1939 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Clyde and Maude Marshall Bailey.

Garland was a United Stated Army Veteran and a member of the Tip Top United Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 05, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Watkins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bal Whitt Cemetery at Royalton, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Sunday, July 04, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior till funeral services.

Military Rites will be given by the Salyersville D.A.V. Chapter 15 the day of funeral service.
