Lance Combs, age 70 of Flat Gap, Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021 at the King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Born September 22, 1950 in Kenton, Ohio to the late Elijah Combs and Gertie Hayes Combs.

There will be no public funeral or visitation per the family’s request. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
