William Randel Howell, age 61 of West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at his residence. He was born September 11, 1959 in Pike County, Kentucky to Nancy Newsome Howell & the late William Howell. He was the husband of Wilma Hall Howell. He was a disabled coal miner.

He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Monday, July 12, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 11am at Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church, Teaberry, Kentucky
