Addie Howard Hale age 91 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born at Twin Lick in Salyersville, Kentucky October 12, 1929 to the late Lonzie and Pearlie Tackett Howard.

Graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 12, 2021 from the Hale Cemetery at Borders Road in Salyersville, Kentucky, with C.J. Tackett officiating. Burial will immediately follow. A private visitation for family will be held at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Monday, July 12, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 P.M.
