Larry Nathan Cochran, age 61 of Hi Hat, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Hazard ARH, Hazard, Kentucky. He was born April 14, 1960 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Fred & Reba Conway Cochran.

Visitation will begin Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 7pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Monday, July 19, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Josh Hall & Dakota Bentley officiating

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
