A man out of Pike County was arrested after being indicted on 30-counts related to child pornography.
46-year-old Christopher Utley, of Kimper, is charged with 10 counts of distributing along with 20 counts of possessing child porn. He has also been charged with two counts of tampering with physical evidence. His indictment came last week, but Utley was arrested out of state and returned to Pike County on Wednesday.
Utley is being held in the Pike County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on August 4th.
