Thurman Porter Jr., 56, of Genoa, WV passed away Friday, July 23, 2021at his home following an extended illness. Thurman was born February 5, 1965 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Thurman and Doris Porter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Workman Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, July 27 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at Wilson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation be made to Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
