Billy Clarence Justice, 71 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021 at his residence. Billy was born September 03, 1949 at Pikeville, KY to the late William Clarence Justice and Lois Adkins Justice.
Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 1PM from the chapel with Arnold Adams and Steve Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
