Shelby Jean Potter, 81 of Haysi, VA passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center. Shelby was born September 04, 1939 in Pike County, KY to the late Orville Cantrell & Lula Potter Cantrell.
Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
