Dale Lou Ross, age 61 of Flat Gap, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Born June 24, 1960 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Jack Gipson and Julie Mae (Connelley) Gipson.

 Funeral services will be held 11:00am Sunday, August 1, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Gipson Family Cemetery at Flat Gap, Kentucky. Tim Salyer will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Saturday from 3:00-9:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
