Elbert McGinnis, age 60, of Inez, KY passed away July 30, 2021 at his residence. He was born March 1, 1961 in Martin County, KY to the late Susan A. McGinnis. He is survived by two brothers, Bruce McGinnis of Louisa, KY and Jimmy (Sandy) McGinnis of Inez, KY and one sister, Oretha Preece of Inez, KY.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Phillip Kirk officiating. Burial will follow in the McGinnis Cemetery on Jones Fork. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday and Monday from 5 PM to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
