Teresa Coleen Bailey, age 37 of Hazard, Kentucky passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021, at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on April 11, 1984, in Whitesburg, Kentucky to Erwin Collins and the late Rebecca Jean Hall Caudill.

Teresa was preceded in death by her Mother: Rebecca Jean Hall Caudill. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
