Justin U. Young, age 39 of Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville.

Born August 21, 1981 in Norwalk, Ohio, he was the son of Jesse (and stepmother Lisa) Young of River, Kentucky and June Gross (Wise) Wiler of Paintsville, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, August 5, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Mountain Valley Memorial Garden, Inez, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday, 9:00am to 9:00pm Wednesday, and until the time of service on Thursday. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
