Barbara Ellen Mullins, 70 of Minnie, KY, passed away August 2, 2021 at Highlands Regional Medical Center. Born September 29, 1950 in Pike CO. KY, she was the daughter of the late Homer & Hazel Hall Johnson.

Visitation will be after 6pm Wednesday, August 4, 2021 and all day Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Joppa Old Regular Baptist Church, Melvin

Funeral services will be held 1pm Friday, August 6, 2021 at the church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will be in the Matthew Tackett Cemetery, Melvin, KY
