Philip Puckett, born July 2nd, 1988 in Logan WV, also known as “puddy” went to be with Jesus on Friday, July 30th at Cabell Huntington Hospital at the young age of 33.

Visitation will be on August 4, 2021 from 11-1pm with funeral services being conducted at 1pm at the Lovely Freewill Baptist Church with Lonnie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Evans-Stepp Cemetery of Lovely, KY. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Philip Puckett.
