Ruby Linda Swiney, 73 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center. Ruby was born August 02, 1947 in Kingsport, TN to the late Elmer Lewis and Marie Watts Lewis.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 1PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
