Cheryl Legena Ratliff, age 57 of Hager Hill, Kentucky passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Born September 15, 1963 in Findlay, Ohio, she was the daughter of Hobert E. “Gene” May of Hager Hill, Kentukcy and the late Barbara Fern (Blair) May. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by a sister, Cherish Lavana Barrows.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, August 12, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Blair Family Cemetery at Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm Wednesday and until the time of service on Thursday. Lindsey Meade will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
