Dollene Tackett, age 79, of Teaberry, KY, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Hazard ARH, Hazard, KY.  She was born October 20, 1941 in Craynor, KY, a daughter of the late Azzie and Goldie Newsome Tackett.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 12 noon at the Zion Old Regular Baptist Church, Grethel, with the Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Long Point Cemetery, Mink Branch, Craynor, KY, visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday at the church, under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
