Gary Dale Wells, 55, of Louisa, KY passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Three Rivers Medical Center following an brief illness. Gary was born April 22, 1966 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Charles Edward and Anna Kitchen Wells.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Hager Ratcliff officiating. Burial will follow in the Queen Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Monday, August 9 from 5-9 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home, Masonic rites will also be performed by Willard Lodge 626 F&AM at 7:00 PM.  All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
