Hillard Halbert, age 83 of McDowell, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at his residence. He was born February 12, 1938 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late William & Loueasie Howell Halbert.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 11, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Tuesday, August 12, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2021 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Chuck Hall & Jeremiah Swiger officiating

Burial will follow at Greenbury Hall Cemetery, McDowell, Kentucky
