Joe Hinchman of Lexington KY passed away peacefully on August 8, 2021. Joe was born to Virgil and Georgia Layne Hinchman on March 19, 1930 at Sugarloaf, near Prestonsburg, in Floyd County KY.

A memorial service is scheduled for a later date.
