Todd E. Collins, age 47, a resident of Smithers Back Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at his home.

Todd was born November 26, 1973 in LaPorte, Indiana the son of Eddie and Leanna Jones Collins.
