Chad Eric Casey, 46, of Hartsville, South Carolina, formerly of Pikeville, KY., passed away on August 12, 2021, at the Hartsville Regional Medical Center.  Chad was born in Pike County, Ky on April 8, 1975, to his parents Eula Kellione Casey and the late Glen Casey.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, 6:00 PM, Wednesday, August 18, 2021 with church services nightly at 7:00 PM., at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 19, 2021, 1:00 PM, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Billy Compton officiating.

Entombment will follow in the Annie E. Young Cememtery, Shelbiana, KY.
