Douglas Banks, age 66 of Whitesburg, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at the Whitesburg ARH in Whitesburg, Kentucky. He was born on August 3, 1955, in Colson, Kentucky to the late Melvin and Mahalia (Halie) Banks.

Graveside services for Douglas Banks will be held on Sunday August 15, 2021, at 1PM at the Whitaker-Banks Cemetery in Premium, Kentucky with Eli Smith officiating.
