Dwayne Crager, age 60 of Garner, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was born on May 21, 1961, in Martin, Kentucky to the late Vernon and Shelby Crager.

Funeral services for Dwayne Crager will be held on Tuesday August 17, 2021, at 1PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Jamie Hughes and Carl Watkins officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday August 15, 2021, from 6PM-10PM and anytime Monday August 16, 2021 until 10PM at the funeral home with services at 7PM Monday evening. Burial will follow at the Gethsemane Gardens in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
