Emma Jean Frazier, age 64 of Premium, Kentucky passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021, at her residence in Premium, Kentucky. She was born on April 21, 1957, in Whitesburg, Kentucky to the late Melvin and Mahalia (Halie) Banks.

Graveside services for Emma Jean Frazier will be held on Saturday August 14, 2021, at 1PM at the Whitaker-Banks Cemetery in Premium, Kentucky with Eli Smith officiating.
