Hattielene Hannah, age 68 of Thelma, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Born October 31, 1952 in Paintsville, Kentucky she was the daughter of Jeannette (Whitaker) Sisco of Meally, Kentucky and the late Elmon Sisco.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Saturday, August 14, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Carolyn Spriggs Memorial Cemetery at Boonscamp, Kentucky. Ronnie Spriggs will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00-9:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am until time of services at 3:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
