Merle Lene Castle, age 74, of Nippa died Thursday August 12, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born March 21, 1947 in Paintsville to the late Lesco and Bertha Castle Music.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday from 3 P.M. until 9 P.M. and on Sunday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Funeral Services are scheduled for 1 P.M. Sunday August 15, 2021 in the chapel of the Preston Funeral Home with Johnny Estep officiating. Interment to follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Louisa, KY. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Hands and Feet Ministry or the Johnson County Christian School by contacting the Preston Funeral Home at 606-789-4212.
