Fayetta Ratliff Pergrem, 81 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Baptist Health, Lexington, KY. Fayetta was born September 07, 1939, in Pikeville, KY to the late Guy Ratliff and Ruby Pearl Justice Ratliff.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the Original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 11AM from the Chapel with Jim Ed Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
