Homer Ray Preece, 77, of Slater’s Branch, KY was welcomed to his heavenly home on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Born April 4, 1944 at Turkey Creek, KY, he was the son of the late Monty Sr. and Vicie Varney Preece.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 12:00 pm at the Mt. View Memory Gardens at Huddy, KY with Bobby Perry and Ronnie Matney officiating.  Burial will follow with family and friends serving as active pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be Freddie Lewis, Mac Preece, Benjamin Dingess, Mike Marcum, Robert LeQuire, Matt Marcum, Bob Forsyth, and Steve Francis.

The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
