Linda Lou Ratliff, 81 of Belcher, KY passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021 at her residence. Linda was born February 18, 1940 at Draffin, KY to the late Russell May and Jessie Mays May.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 6-10PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 2PM from the chapel with Richard McKinney officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
