Roger Lee Blair, age 81, of Steel, KY., passed away Sunday August 15, 2020, at his residence. Roger was born in Pike County, KY., August 12, 1940 to Everett Blair and Mervel B. Allen.

The family will accept friends at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home, Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating services. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery in Pikeville, KY.
