Clovis Hunter, age 90 of Morehead, Kentucky formally of Knott County, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at the Saint Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky. He was born on September 7, 1930 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Emery & Dolly Griffith Hunter.

Funeral services for Clovis Hunter will be held on Sunday August 22, 2021 at 12Noon at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Bobby Tackett & Denver Meade officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday August 20, 2021 from 6PM-10PM at the funeral home chapel and anytime Saturday until 10PM. Burial will follow at the Farris Moore Cemetery in Topmost, Kentucky. Clovis will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
