He was born at Martin, KY on September 9, 1952 to Emma Jean Smith.

Funeral services for AC Smith will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Monday, August 23, 2021 at 1:00PM with Daniel Newsome officiating. Burial will follow at Grigsby Cemetery at Vest, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Sunday evening from 6PM to 9PM.
