Bennett Lee Blankenship, age 58 of Teaberry, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Hazard ARH, Hazard, Kentucky. He was born September 1, 1962 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Edward Lee & Ida Flora King Blankenship.

Visitation will begin Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Monday, August 23, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Edward Lee Blankenship Family Cemetery, Teaberry, Kentucky
