Delbert Cousino, age 84, a resident of Front Street in Salyersville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at his home with family. Delbert was born August 19, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio the son of the late Arnold and Elizabeth Baum Cousino.
