Tyler Ray Adkins, age 26, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at his home.  Tyler was born on Sept. 28, 1994 to his mother, Gina Rich.

Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  The funeral will be Wednesday August 25, 2021 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
