Forrest E. “Punky” Porter, age 63 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born August 23, 1958 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Linda Gray & Forrest Porter.

Visitation will begin Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 2pm Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Ken Master officiating

Burial will follow at Family Cemetery, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
