Glenda Quesenberry Ratliff, 66, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. Born June 18, 1955 in Louisa, KY, she was the daughter of the late Claude Quesenberry and Martha Hylton Adkins.
