Maxine Slone, age 83 of Garner, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at her residence in Garner, Kentucky. She was born on April 8, 1938, in Garner, Kentucky to the late Allen Slone and Martha Short Amburgey. She was the wife of the late Lenvel Slone.

Funeral services for Maxine Slone will be held on Wednesday September 1, 2021, at 1PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Jamie Hughes, Eugene Thacker and Kenny Stumbo officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 31, 2021, from 6PM-10PM at the funeral home with services at 7PM. Burial will follow at the Slone Cemetery in Garner, Kentucky. Maxine will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
