Penny Lee Tackett Hamilton, age 54 of Toler Creek, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born November 12, 1966 to the late Kenis & Effie Stevens Tackett. A cherished wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Penny was a devoted member of Toler Creek Freewill Baptist Church and worked as a pharmacy tech for 30 years. She was known for her generous heart and kind, thoughtful nature and was loved by everyone she met.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Toler Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Jim Newman, Larry Kendrick, Roger Blackburn and Jamie Billiter officiating. Burial will follow at Justice Cemetery, Cager Branch of Toler Creek, Harold, Kentucky

Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 and Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 6pm with additional services Wednesday night at 7pm
