Rehabilitation Center in Hindman, KY.
She was born on November 29, 1941 to John Quincy Adams and Margaret Caudill Adams.

Funeral services for Hazel Lois Adams Owsley will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Saturday,
September 4, 2021 at 2:00PM with Randall Short and Ricky Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Memory
Gardens at Hindman, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Thursday and Friday evenings after 6:00PM with
additional services Friday evening at 7PM.
