Elder Phillip H. Caudill, age 77 of Oil Springs, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
