Tracey Elizabeth Burlingame 39, of Springfield, Oh passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Ft. Gay, West Virginia. She was born in Williamson, WV on June 2, 1982 to Debra Lyons Messer of Dublin, OH and the late Glen Messer.

There will be no services held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
