Elitha Hopkins, age 58, of Shelbiana, Ky., passed away on September 5, 2021, at the Pikeville Medical Center.

Elitha was born on January 18, 1963, in Pike County, Ky., to her parents the late John Adkins and Alma Bevins Adkins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 7, 2021, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home, with services both Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, September 9, 2021, 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Teddy Honaker and others officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hopkins Cemetery on Greasy Creek.
